ISHAN INSURANCE has the capability to complete an extensive audit of any claim operation.  Our focus is to determine claim-handling capabilities, identify areas for improvement, recommend solutions for adverse findings, implement action plans and recognize trends or developments in reserve or handling processes and procedures.  We provide a comprehensive report of the findings and work with the client and provider to implement appropriate solutions, if necessary.
