Vide Circular –IRDA/BRK/CIR/GLD/270/12/2011 dt.07-Dec-2011, Insurance Brokers are allowed to offer Claim consultancy up to Rs.1 Crore for life as well as General insurance policies, subject to certain conditions. In the light of the foregoing, we serve you in getting your claims settled, effectively. To avail of our services, you are required to give us a written mandate to represent you with the insurance company concerned for the claim for which consultancy is required. As per this circular, we shall be paid a reasonable fee by the client.
